![]() | "...and you thought I was retired?" Coming Soon: Invisible Sword (12/2005) A spy thriller set during the War in Iraq. Focuses on the US intelligence capabilities (or lack thereof) before and after September 11, 2001. This one will have you hopping mad and button-popping proud all at the same time. Life List (4/2006) Three people from vastly different walks of life must have a heart transplant, and they all need the same heart! Learn about the pain, suffering, and emotional roller-coasters that each of these three desperate people experiences, and the politics and dynamics of what it takes to make the list. Sister (TBA) Four brothers have inherited their father's wealth and successful corporation while their older sister got nada! She doesn't get mad, but... boy!! Does she ever get even! It's a new twist to the old world belief that a son is God's gift, but a daughter? Someone to cook and clean, right? Not this little Ms. Dynamite! Prisoners (TBA) An Arab and a Jew have both been convicted of seperate murders in Senegal. Their punishment? Death. But before that, the warden of aging Tambacunda Prison decides to have a few laughs, so he puts them in the same cell. What happens next rivals the Six Day War, of course, but ends in a stunning surprise! Police Work is Dangerous: Your Sergeant Could Catch You at Any Time (TBA) A collection of anecdotes, characters, and their stories from my twenty-year career as a police officer in a large, urban city. A Paddy Wagon full of laughs and a "Kelly Day" full of true stories will completely spellbind you. (And it can all be told... now that the Statute of Limitations has expired!) Project Marigold (TBA) A Top Secret computer hard drive is missing from a Los Alamos nuclear research laboratory and thirteen nerdy, odd-ball scientists are the main suspects. However, they are being investigated by thirteen two-man (er, two-person) teams of the quirkiest FBI agents that this country has to offer. Based on the original Wen Ho Lee case of a few years back, but a lot funnier than that outcome. The Circle (TBA) Bodies are popping up in Manhattan like bogus Broadway show tickets. And everyone in the precinct has a theory on whodunnit and why, but Detective Carter Lindquist (you loved him in Plant An Evil Seed) has a different take on the case. My money's on "ol' CL" to find the common denominator in this circle of victims. |
